Do you ever feel like you could be more than one person? How many lives can we really live? Like that Talking Heads song… you know, the one that goes, “same as it ever was”? Anyway, Rita O’Connell and Gina Gargone will take you on a whirlwind tour of the human and not-so-human condition in Teatro Serpiente’s production of Parallel Lives. Written by Mo Gaffney and Kathy Najimy, this two-woman comedy is a series of 14 short sketches where each cast member plays a different character — and sometimes multiple characters in each sketch.
Opens January 31, 2014 and runs two weekends at Working Class Theatre’s Playhouse, 1335 Gusdorf Road, Suite L. Tickets $15.
Plus, a special 2-night engagement at Teatro Paraguas in Santa Fe! February 21 & 22, 3205 Calle Maria, Santa Fe.
